Magistrate's Archive is an open multi-floored platform that houses many astrological tools, a plethora of tomes, and a number of Magistrate tomes. There have been a number of conflicts over the contents of the Archive in the past, some contents of which have been successfully removed or reported missing. Vivian is also seen obtaining her current in-game weapon from the library at this location.
